U.S orders over $75 ship for FREE!
Orders below $75 ship for $7.75 minimum.
All items are shipped USPS Priority for most orders.
Some items are bulkier or need additional packaging (such as acrylic rulers). We reserve the right to request additional shipping charges for these items. Also, if we are out of any items you might have ordered, we will try to contact you to see if you want what we might have on hand or if you would just want to cancel the item. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
We currently only ship domestically and to US territories.
We want our customers to be satisfied with their orders. We have a 10-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Please contact us at (740) 775-1957 before returning an item so we can provide additional instructions and expedite your return process. We are not able to accept returns on cut fabric, books, or patterns (unless the mistake was ours).
If a product in your order is incorrect, damaged or missing, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of the order so we can work with you to correct the order.
Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Refunds will not be given for shipping charges. Refunds on shipping charges for refused or abandoned packages will be at our discretion.
All returns must be in original condition and packaging and they must not have a smoke odor to them. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: Items with manufacturer defects may need to be returned to the manufacturer. We will instruct you whom to contact if we are not able to help you.
